1. Introduction

Welcome to Salon de Beauté Couronnée. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Salon de Beauté Couronnée regarding your appointments, booking confirmations, reminders, and important updates regarding our services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you text "STOP", we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Saloncouronnee@gmail.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Liability

Salon de Beauté Couronnée is not liable for any allergic reactions to products used during services. Clients must inform staff of any known allergies prior to their appointment.
