Rules & Policies

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes towards your final balance.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
- •
Please come with your hair fully detangled and free of previous styles unless you booked a takedown service.
- •
For bridal services, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before the event day.
